Daniela is a talent professional, working within international recruitment across multiple countries and cultures. She’s always been curious about people, their stories or motivations, and how much they can grow when they feel supported.

She has also been involved in community‑driven and volunteer initiatives, particularly those focused on diversity, learning, and human connection. These interests naturally led her to TEDx.

Her role as a Volunteer Manager is focused on recruitment for the core team and external volunteers. Currently based in Prague, Daniela works with the Stockholm‑based team remotely while actively building ties to the local community.
Outside of work, she enjoys tennis, painting, knitting or travelling.
