Emilia has a professional background shaped by different roles and industries, and a career that has taken her from Spain to Sweden. Over the past decade, she has focused on business events and international conferences, working with in-person, digital, and hybrid formats, and supporting the delivery of events across Europe.
Over time, her focus moved beyond logistics to better understand how people experience events. She looks at how design choices shape participation, energy, and connection. At TEDxStockholm, she contributes to creating experiences beyond the stage that feel more inclusive, thoughtful, and human.
