Ivón is an engineer, wood science researcher, and science communicator. After leaving academia, Ivón founded her own initiative, where she combines her skills as an educator, illustrator, and scientist to make science and sustainable practices accessible from an early age.

Ivón is passionate about making science joyful and inclusive, empowering children to see their own potential, and building bridges between modern and native communities to support regenerative practices.

Originally from northern Argentina, Ivón has also lived in Israel and Japan, where she completed her master’s and PhD degrees and worked as a postdoctoral researcher.

Ivón is also the mother of two wonderful sources of inspiration and strength. She loves traveling, learning, and finding ways to make everyday activities fun and beautiful.
