During the day, Lynn is a partner at Key Corporate Training, where she focuses on designing and delivering communication, culture, and leadership development programs for global clients across a variety of industries. Over the past few years, Lynn has also served as a speaker coach with TEDxSonomaCounty, where she’s found it inspiring to help speakers discover their authentic voices and share their stories in engaging ways.

When Lynn is not at work, she’s often off discovering new places—whether close to home or abroad. You might also spot her out and about in the city, taking her dog for long walks whenever she can.
