Malin’s drive to work with communication comes from politics. For many years, she worked closely with decision-makers, media, and organizations in an environment where every word matters and where success is often determined by who manages to break through the noise.

Today, Malin is a communication strategist, public affairs advisor, and TEDx speaker coach who helps leaders, experts, and organizations turn complex ideas into messages that people understand, remember, and act upon.

What engages her most is encouraging leaders to dare to step forward and speak publicly about the issues they care about. She believes that attention shapes priorities: what we choose to talk about is often what society comes to perceive as important. By helping people find the confidence, clarity, and authenticity to share their perspectives, she hopes to elevate conversations that matter and inspire others to take action.

She joined TEDx because she believes everyone has a story, an experience, or an idea that can spark new ways of thinking. Through TEDx, she hopes to help speakers transform expertise into memorable ideas and ensure that important voices are heard far beyond the stage.
