Cinthia is an HR expert and keynote speaker. As an organizational psychologist, she supports leaders and organizations through complex transformation, strengthening leadership and shaping cultures where people feel seen, respected and able to contribute.

Shaped by Latin American and European perspectives, Cinthia has built an international career collaborating on projects across the Americas, Asia and Europe. Her work is grounded in the belief that belonging, psychological safety and inclusive leadership are essential to strong, healthy organizations.

 As a Board Member at TEDxStockholm, Cinthia helps shape the volunteer experience and foster a sense of belonging, while collaborating with the team to create memorable events and conversations that people carry with them.
