Rina is a person who enjoys working on problems solving, and this is very likely what led her to study and work in the technology area. Born in a family of Japanese immigrants and growing up in Brazil, she always had the goal to experience life abroad. In 2021, Rina started a journey as immigrant in Sweden and since then, she’s learning a lot about its culture. For her, one of the most valuable learnings by living in a Nordic country was realizing how important it is to have a better work life balance.

Rina believes that listening to people’s different experiences is an amazing learning resource, and also a great way to know someone deeply. By being part of TEDx Stockholm team, she wants to have an active role on supporting spreading experiences from great people to the Stockholm community.
