Maria has 10+ years of experience working in the startup tech industry for companies such as iZettle/PayPal. Today she is running her own consultancy business, currently heading up the marketing team at an impact startup called Lingio. Maria is also the creator and host of her own podcast, Unbox Your World, where she invites guests to challenge their belief systems and ways of thinking by discussing futurism, community and philosophy. You could call Maria a “Tech Philosopher”.

Maria spent a year working from four different continents in 2019 which opened her eyes up to the power of community. Since coming home to Stockholm she’s been on a mission to incorporate more of this social culture in an otherwise very individualistic society. By engaging in communities and speaking publicly about the growing phenomenon, she’s fostering a discussion on how we as individuals and a society – as well as environmentally – can benefit from coming together with like-minded people.
