Lizet Garcia, originally from Mexico City, has taken an exciting journey that brought her to Sweden. After six wonderful years in Örebro, she made the decision to move to Stockholm in 2024. Currently, she leads the commercial team at an energy automation company, where she works to make a positive impact in the industry.

Lizet believes that building a strong community is very important, especially for those who are far from home. To connect with other internationals, she actively looks for opportunities to meet new people and has organized workshops to share Mexican culture in Sweden. Through these events, she creates connections and promotes understanding among different cultures.

Her goal goes beyond just career growth; Lizet wants to work on projects that bring a little positivity to the world. When she’s not busy at work, you can find her singing in a choir, dancing to the lively beats of Mexican folklore, or out for a run. Lizet loves to spread joy and energy in everything she does!
