Vaida has always had a passion for design and user experience. She loves building products that add value to people’s lives. Creating an intuitive and user-focused product or service is easier said than done, but aiming towards that and contributing to user wellbeing is what motivates her daily design decisions. Vaida’s career started in digital marketing and transitioned to UX 8 years ago. She loves behavioral psychology, user research, and learning more about how humans think and behave.

With international experience in Denmark, Canada, England, Sweden, and Spain, Vaida is a very open-minded, flexible, and curious person. She has volunteered in multiple sports, culture, and design organizations since she was 15 years old and believes that volunteering adds so much to your happiness and growth. Most of the soft skills that help her today come from bringing herself out of her comfort zone in multiple volunteering experiences. As a leader, Vaida is very humble, hands-on, and proactive. She loves giving power to people and seeing them grow in their way. She has a natural curiosity about people, cultures, and personal leadership.
